People are allowed to drive trucks on the beach here. Yesterday there was a guy with a lot of fishing gear--and his truck--directly in my sight lines for the sunrise from my deck. So this morning I went down to the beach. Sure enough, same guy showed up again, but today he was not blocking my sight lines!
