Yesterday

I don't think they just roll up to the pump, fill 'er up, and take off again. I understand they must have a gate available to accept them before the go-ahead, not sure about deplaning or how quick a turnaround, or maybe they don't?. It sounds like a logistical nightmare. Florida in the summer gets a LOT of these as thunderheads pop up and close down airports. I get flightradar24 notices for various situations but mainly just watch adsb out of the corner of my eye for anything out of the ordinary. I'm about 3 miles distance from two main flight paths and watch each dependent on the location of the sun, always have the sun to your back or all you get is a silhouette.
