After a show airs, nothing in it could be considered a spoiler. However in this group the rule we came up with is to identify the episode that you are discussing in the thread title, so no one who has not yet seen the episode will read the thread. Usually it is at most a day or so that people need to catch up, but it helps. Once something airs though, it is no longer a spoiler to talk about it.
