6. I understand the demand. I haven't been this shaggy since the late '70s.

However, I'm going to wait a few more weeks for a haircut.

Governor Asa is conducting an interesting biology experiment. His hypothesis is that the crest of the pandemic has passed and that we can all be unconcerned about going to the barber, beautician, tattoo parlor, the Cracker Barrel, etc.

My concern is that there will be an up-tick in the infection rate in a couple of weeks that grows into a flood. If the infection and death rate remains flat over the next month, then Asa will be vindicated. I sincerely hope that Asa is right.

I prefer to not be a guinea pig in this experiment. If in three or four weeks, the infection rate remains constant I will admit Governor Asa was right and go get a haircut.

My bet is that Asa's impeccable hair is carefully maintained by a stylist that comes to the Governor's mansion when called. I get my hair cut at the local barber and have no idea who was shedding what virus on the chair before I came in.
