2. Felon cousin too

They have a felon cousin in Newport that it looks like they are stepping in for too. Could be that their cousin is getting going to walk out of serving time -again- with no repercussions. He had his bail reinstated after defying a restraining order to not contact his victim, court got delayed - like they do there for 'unimportant' felonies. And the prosecutor used the reason that he is old and doesn't understand computer messaging. Nepotism isn't the only thing that is happening.
