Does anyone know the rules for fastrac? I have a plug in hybrid with an HOV sticker, and a fastrac [View all]

transponder, but I am now seeing lanes requiring a fastrac tag and 3+ people toll free

Does that mean my HOV sticker no longer works unless I also have a fastrac tag?

The rules seem very convoluted

Are express lanes the same as car pool lanes, and do they all require a fastrac tag?
