I'm inland from the 5 freeway. Close enough to Camp Pendleton to hear them when they are doing their 'bombs bursting at night' thing.

I was expecting this news story to say that the motorcyclists were racing. That's all we have where I live. Motorcycles racing, cars drag racing. And this is in a fire prone area. Every time I hear it going on, I say something along the lines of, 'I hope you only kill yourself and no one else, and don't cause a fire.' 😡

I'm just waiting for the day that I hear a crash. I'm actually shocked that I haven't heard at least 50 by now.
