Torrance, or maybe it was the county, gives her a cubicle. At least it's a roof over her head with an air conditioner. I send her $100 a month but I don't know how she gets by with food and whatever. She has never been 'right" and always had trouble getting through life/jobs and stuff.

She was in good financial shape at one time. My uncle was a regional manager for Xerox. He was important enough that they flew him to Rochester every couple of month for meetings. He died and left a large estate to be managed by a lawyer friend, The friend got disbarred after he invested her's and other people's money at the Santa Anita racetrack. California Bar's restoration fund paid her $200k out of a loss of about $1m.

What Sacramento County is doing, sucks.
