I had a bear open the door to my RV and climb in at June Lake, California in 2014. It knew exactly what it was doing. My fourteen pound chiweenie helped me chase it away. It then went on to try the doors of several other units until it found an unlocked class A motorhome. It climbed into that one too, trapping the people in their bedroom. It trashed the interior for quite a while before it was finally able to get out.
