My daughter is selling a condo in Richmond, and I plan to sell the 3br. place in the foothills.

So, I might get half of what her place gets. Location, of course.

Both are photogenic as all get-out. I know because I've gotten great photos at both places.

I wouldn't consider any other state, because I can't put a price on civil liberties, the most diverse, hard working, brilliant (with a few mad scientist exceptions) and freedom-fighting people. Oh, and pride in all of the above.
