Lived on Chapel Street growing up, and can’t count the times that our house and yard were used as a public toilet. Lived across the street from “party central”. Had to keep dog waste bags on hand even after our dog died. Totally wasted kids knocking on our door at all hours because they couldn’t find the party or for some, their way home.

Moved away and came back after 20 years, and the kids teacher is experiencing the same thing in her area. Hundreds of kids partying at her neighbors house. By 10am Saturday mornings, booze starts to flow. By Sunday morning, a yard full of red solo cups, beer bottles with questionable content, and other trash.
