2. Since tuition is significantly less, I understand Delaware State's position

I don't know much about Wesley, but many of these private colleges charge very high tuitions, but discount them with scholarships and grants to nearly the entire student body. Parents (and students) equate high tuitions with a perceived better education, so they are happy since they think they are getting a deal compared to a state school.

This very type of situation at a college in Michigan (Albion) was the subject of a news story earlier in the year. Wonder if that was the case with Wesley and the acquisition by Delaware State is ending that type of financial shenanigans and pricing it more honestly.
