7.) Schools and universities are still good, but DeSatan is trying to kill education
8.) Great airports at Tampa and Orlando
9.) Sports teams (Champa Bay!): Bucs, Rays, Rowdies, and Lighting
10.) Short drive to golf, parks, bike trails, and kayaking
