Judging by the signs along major roads everyfuckingwhere, that initial “exam” consists of paying someone $145 for a script. The “eligibility” is merely whether you have the money for pay them for five minutes of their time. Great quality control, Florida. *eyeroll*

I keep reading that we’re on a tack to easily pass the 60% yeas to pass this despite this moron’s campaign against it.

Then we work on banning him from the governor’s office ASAP.
