2. No one would know which ballot belonged to who

Years ago humbolt county did the same thing, calling it a transparency project. Btw a discrepancy was found, the mailed in ballots weren’t included, their column mistakenly left off. It didn’t change the results but shows mistakes can happen. With democracy transparency is the best idea!
