Not even in the precinct could “say” the count was corrupt and suddenly every vote in every precinct must be endlessly counted. That appears to be the goal. Also i’d be willing to wager there aren't a new precinct for every 1600 people in places like Atlanta especially since we’ve seen hundreds standing in line for hours at a time.
