4. Kinzinger may not be so safe..

He has a viable Dem opponent this go round. His base is old and white (when he beat Manzullo, all we got was a younger version of Manzullo). His base is dying off and his district is not lilly white. His opponent will draw the Latino vote. Her challenge will be getting the Millennials/Gen-Xs to the polls. If she's smart, she'll connect up with mayor of Rockford's campaign folks. The tide is starting to turn in that area. Still a ways to go but at least moving in the right direction. My hope is the male-pale-and-stale era is coming to an end (no offense meant to those on this forum).
