Looking to me like he is planning to run for senator against Tammy Duckworth in 2022. He's exhibiting 1/64 inch of cajones recently. His congressional district is likely to change after the 2020 census. Between that and the toddler in the oval office, I think he sees the handwriting on the wall. He's not going full anti-toddler but just enough to *hopefully* pick up some independent/conservative dem votes.
