1. Judge Gives State's Attorney 45 Days to Present Bill of Particulars

Nearly nine months after these guys were arrested and nearly seven months after they were indicted, the three men still haven't been given the bill of particulars -- the formal, written charges.

Yesterday, the judge gave the State's Attorney's office 45 days to do so.
