Of 2022 all Sears and KMart stores will be gone. Bank on it. Lampert is doing what he wanted to do all along. Get rid of Sears and KMart. Own almost all the real estate in a separate company that he controls.

It was his plan from day one of his buying Kmart, then merging it with Sears. He is a POS.
