3. The analogy to smoking is pretty poor

Smokers pay higher premiums, but still have health insurance coverage. They aren't told that their insurance is responsible for paying nothing.

How can Illinois order that insurance companies are forbidden from covering any of the costs of care for unvaccinated people if people have paid premiums and have valid policies? Can they also order Medicare and Medicaid not to cover costs for their patients as well?

Don't see how this would ever make it through a court challenge.
