The streets were STILL horrendous, especially downtown, on Thursday. Inexcusable. I even drove through a rough patch of ice and snow on Allisonville near 465 on MONDAY.
I hate to dump on the public works folks, but for a big city, the snow removal was abysmal. This request for funds deserves a big 
unless Ballard admits things could have been better and the money would be committed to making it so.
