... A pizza place in LLano, Stonewalls, decided to expand and a Mexican place (which also had good food) was moving locations. Sonewall wasn't open a year and one of their cooks pulled a stunt. Out here we try to get anyone over 21 either gainfully employed (a tough job market if you don't to kitchen work) or in jail. The jail then "rents" out prisoners to work for local businesses. The jail drives them and then picks them up. This cook had been one of those guys. I get his anger and frustration. I do not support anything else he did. Screwing with peoples' food is almost as bad as assaulting and robbing them in the parking lot.

Dipshit didn't actually do it, but he told too many people he did it. The cops set up a sting, grabbed the evidence and arrested him. He was found guilty of something, I do not remember what. And the restaurant went 100 +/- seats a day to less than 10 and a month later Stonewalls shut down and now it's a Mexican restaurant agai (with good food).

That mug shot looks just like the nitwit.

Restaurant that served contaminated food to police chief closed
The decision was made after two cooks there were arrested for serving tainted food to the Burnet Police Chief. Last month, Jaime Perez,23, was arrested on a felony charge of contaminating food. Police say he and another cook, James Ledesma, rubbed two hamburger buns in inappropriate areas, then spit in the burger and s...

We heard he'd claimed he had wiped his crotch on the bun.

I only remember them arresting one, the Anglo kid. I have no doubt - these were work release prisoners (the jail isn't even a half mile away).
