sounds like the "why can't we have miss white America or a united white college fund" whiners.

of course they can have a "congressional white caucus" but then everyone would know who they are.

the more traditional spring break sites (ft Lauderdale, Daytona, Yucatan) are not segregated, and i'm not sure the "black spring break" is either. all are, of course, segregated by economic class.
