2. It was an incredibly contentious trial. The families are devastated.

The guy who was acquitted (his mother was the only happy person in the courthouse, save the guy, of course) was the getaway driver; the other guy was the alleged shooter. He gets a mistrial. The prosecutor does intend to go again with this.
