Oh yeah and my brother is selling his house there :&gt

But it really is nice place, lots of bike paths, bars, beaches, cute restaurants and shops, arty movies, and there's even a small boat (The Island Queen) that goes to Martha's Vineyard from a pier about a 1/2 mile from the center.
