The business-partners he wanted to meet are known to law-enforcement as drug-dealers.

The reason for carrying the cash was simple, Kenny explained. There were no branches for the bank he uses in Massachusetts.

That's the biggest bullshit I ever heard. Paypal, cheque, wire-transfer, traveller-cheques... Hell, he even could have used Bitcoin.
