And wishing we had more like him in Congress. Even though I was not a resident of Massachusetts while he was in office I always felt that he represented all of us across the country. I wish him well at this stage in his journey, he served us well and deserves a painless exit.

Mr. Franks, you'll always be a champion in my reckoning.
