1. Not in Mississippi, but just had one of those put in here. City

spent 5 hours digging out old 'stem' from water line that had been here since first city water began. Then they put on new meter. Air in lines (ran showers for 5 minutes) then busted fill valve in one toliet. 3 days later, they came back because of leak on their side of the meter. Couldn't get part and had water off for 8 hours.
They demolished my yard with their trucks and pumps. Cost me $125 for plumber to fix toliet (had to also replace water line). And how do you wash hands or cook without water?
Wonder if meter will even work.
