This idea was put in play in Western North Dakota back in the late 70's only to be screwed up by the Reagan Administration. Btw,the CO2 pipe lines of which there are two and terminated across the Border in Canada,was close this past Summer and considered a total failure. So you pump CO2 into the earth and do not expect it to leach out,wow,talk about a bogus idea. Well,some oil or gas company suck billions out of the Taxpayers once again.
