Montana Attorney General Tim Fox (R) took to Twitter yesterday morning to announce his latest venture: being a brand ambassador/social media influencer for Chick-Fil-A.

“I’m so sick of the pandering and side-taking in our politics right now. I was more than thrilled to leave that world behind and come on board to represent the greatest, straightest sandwich company in the world,” Fox told reporters.

According to Tim’s wife Karen, his love for Chick-Fil-A is rooted in their marriage values: “Tim simply refuses to eat a sandwich made by a man. He’s firm in his stance towards who should make sandwiches. It’s not a question of equality. It’s about different responsibilities."

Chick-Fil-A released an official press statement shortly after Fox’s announcement: “Some other sandwich companies may think it’s okay to discriminate against others because their name sounds like a predator, but that’s not how we do things here. While Fox faces a barrage of unnecessary criticism from places like Bozeman and Missoula, we want him to know that Chick-Fil-A doesn’t discriminate against others based on predator name affiliation. Also, he has a wife, so that’s consistent with our branding as well.”
