Rules
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize: the opportunity to play alongside other notable acts at the 'Stronger than the Storm' end of summer event. Total Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize of $0.
Without in any way limiting the foregoing, each Entrant/Band member acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to edit, composite, morph, scan, duplicate or alter (and/or to authorize others to do the same) the Entry Materials for any purpose which Sponsor deems necessary or desirable. Sponsor shall use good faith efforts to identify Entrant/Band as the creator of such Entry Materials whenever they are used as permitted herein (it being understood and agreed that the casual or inadvertent failure to provide such identification shall not constitute a breach of any obligation or affect Sponsor's rights in the Entry). Each Entrant/Band member acknowledges that Sponsor shall be entitled to own, solely and exclusively, all the proceeds from each and every use permitted hereunder of the Entry and that Entrant/Band members shall have no right to participate in any such proceeds.
