“Another allegedly texted an FBI agent shortly after the attack, saying a Facebook post was about to go live that would identify him as entering the Capitol on Jan. 6 and asked: “Any fallout u think I should be aware of?”

As a law-abiding citizen, I don’t have close contacts in the FBI that I could easily fire off a quick text to to check on any problems that may come up after breaking federal laws. This particular section concerns me immensely.
