pipes .. one will carry the most explosive form of crude while the other will carry kerosine.

They may have dig up private property. Laying the pipeline will cause property values to fall along its route apart from exposing the home owner to risks from explosion/ leaks & ground water contamination.

If these guys get utility status from NJ - none of the tows will get any revenue from this
