3. Here in Texas my ex-wife chenge her name back, got new I.D and changed her voter registration

to reflect the change. She voted in a couple of elections with the info correct on her voter registration. The next election after Texas passed their new voter I.D. law she received her new voter I.D. card. They had changed her name back to her married name. Since her license would not match her registration she would not have been allowed to vote had she not checked it. This was no accident. She is black and has always voted Democrat.
