to keep it under the radar. That wasn't a very good strategy since the papers have been showing radiant same sex couples on page one. The cat's out of the bag and there was no way to keep the preachers happy by denying equal protection under the law to same sex couples.

It will likely be state wide very quickly.

This state gets remarkably civilized from time to time.
