We have Frontier which happened when Verizon cut their service, and they are the worse, but the only ISP in this area. Crappy, unreliable, slow internet connections, much slower than advertised. I call them when we lose service and waste my time clicking through their labyrinthine voice mail service only to be directed to go to their website for DIY troubleshooting. Aaargh!

Every state AG should crack down on these ripoff telecommunications scammers and force them to deliver what they advertise, refund customers for loss of service, and pay heavy fines to the state running their con games.
