properties are selling here in Orange county. I get callers wanting to know if I want to sell.

Some of the older condos and co-op units 1960s are bargains and quiet as most are older senior citizens/ Frankly they are better built .

There is a 1790s stone house for sale in the mix. Lots of McMansions
