interesting my town budget is 51.5 million this year recent implants want services and good schools and safety. The so-called senior housing apt complexes seem to have more people from out of the area than local.

People want clean water, sewer, garbage services, smooth town roads, shopping, safety, rec facilities, dog parks, etc.

There is a section of DOD housing for active and retired at Stewart Airport. and a condo complex too.
