RFK Jr. faces more scrutiny for voting in NY after courts ruled he doesn't live there [View all]

The progressive watchdog group Accountable.US made that request this week in a complaint to an enforcement arm of the state Board of Elections, saying Kennedy had "blatantly violated" state law. It follows similar requests made to the state Attorney General's Office and Westchester District Attorney's Office in December that argued Kennedy had committed a felony.
