2. The campus where I work uses the One card

Never in a million years would I think it could be used as valid voter ID. Yeah, it has my picture on it, and I may have used it as a secondary form of ID before, but not as a primary ID used for any federal, state, banking or voting purposes.

Maybe I’m just old.
