The trial court will rule appropriately on both allegations. However, should they do so, the Reichwing flying monkeys will inevitably appeal it to our state Supreme Court. And those absolutely partisan, Reichwing, piss poor excuses for “justices” (Newby, Berger, Barringer, Dietz and Allen), will just be rubber stamps for the assholes in the General Assembly (which includes “justice” Berger’s father, who is president-pro-tem of the NC Senate) who pushed this shit.

Guaranteed that the junior Berger won’t recuse from said case, too.
