3. Lines are tantamount to a poll tax

Time IS money.

And Republican legislatures are often responsible for underfunding elections.

And where democrats are in charge of the purse strings, shame on them.

Lines suppress turnout and it's about time we stop tolerating them.

And certainly it is time to stop friggin' cheering them cycle after cycle.
