4. I wonder if this will be enough to satisfy the NCAA?

If they are leaving in place the other discriminatory limitations through 2020, then the correct thing for the NCAA to do is to keep the sports championships out of the state through 2022.

I don't know if the governor could do any better though. He has a duty to promote the state economically so he had the choice of either compromising with the hope that it will be enough to keep the NCAA games in North Carolina or not compromising which would likely lead to being voted out of office in the next election and also costing the state billions of dollars. He truly was in a lose-lose situation.
