3. It's a shame... Oregon Democrats could be proud of what they did in the 2014 elections...

... when they increased majorities in the state houses and winning both senate and governor races. But since that time it hasn't been just having Kitzhaber step down, but their horrible votes on Fast Track that reverses this outcome.

Suzanne Bonamici, my congresswoman joined Blumenauer in voting for this mess, and as much as I tried to stop it with various activities the last few weeks, they still did so.

Unless Wyden shows some leadership back in the Senate to shut down Fast Track when it comes to them without TAA in it (which would serve as a good excuse for him to do so!), I think this would be a good time for Pete DeFazio to show the leadership as our one strong Democratic congress person and run against Wyden for the Senate seat in 2016. If he were to win that seat, it not only would help us get a better senator, but it would hopefully send a message to the rest of our Democratic Party congressional delegation that Oregonians likes what DeFazio is doing now, and the rest of you bums... NOT SO MUCH!!!!

We should lobby DeFazio to do this. I think I might send him some money that I also will give to Jeff Merkley in a few weeks for his summer picnic later in the coming weeks, and attach a note that I'm going to donate money to the only two federal congress people that I feel are doing their job, and want him to use that money to run for Senate in 2016!
