2. Funny - Omaha used to have a chihuahua that does this

Attending the College World Series for several years, I've seen a guy - a couple of years in a row, and randomly - driving in downtown Omaha in a military Jeep or VW Thing (I honestly can't remember which) and his chihuahua does this exact thing - the dog clearly loved it. My kids did too.
