I really can't imagine a more civilized way to vote.

The only thing I'd change about our system is to enact a mandatory hand-count sampling to keep the electronic tabulators honest.

I don't worry about envelope dumping so much, as the ballot boxes are kept under camera surveillance and the majority of them get mailed directly to the county elections office.
