RidiculousIllegalUnfairHat RetweetedAt least a dozen Portland protesters charged in federal court ( many of them for minor crimes like "failing to obey a lawful order" ) have been banned from attending any more protests as a condition of their release from jail pending trial.

It's amazing that a judge can simply override the constitution at a whim against someone who hasn't been convicted of a crime and has a right to protest.
