Oregon

Given some states that were blue in terms of the legislature and governor are now purple (Florida, Wisconsin, and Michigan) that makes it even worse. Before 2010 the latter two probably would have gone thorough easily with Florida as a maybe.

Delaware, Maine, West Virginia, Illinois, California, Hawaii, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New Mexico, Rhode Island, Vermont, Connecticut, Maryland, Colorado, Montana, and Oregon.
