(Pa) Woman jailed after assaulting husband with walking stick [View all]
CLOVER TWP. — A 73-year-old Clover Township woman is in jail and facing charges for assaulting her 83-year-old husband with a walking stick multiple times during a domestic incident.
Kathy Eileen Duvall is in Jefferson County Jail after failing to post $20,000 bail and faces a preliminary hearing Aug. 3 before District Judge Gregory M. Bazylak.
Duvall is charged with a misdemeanor count of simple assault and a summary count of harassment, according to online court records.
